Community Relations

At American Renewables, we believe that a proactive approach to working with a community is the cornerstone of developing a renewable energy project that is a success for all parties. Our projects bring significant economic, employment and environmental benefits to the regions where they are located. The principals of American Renewables have a long history of building clean, community-friendly power plants, including six of the cleanest gas-fired electric plants in New England. These plants were developed and operated in cooperation with local community leaders to provide energy solutions appropriate to the community and its interests.

Design & Engineering

Our staff has significant expertise in the design, permitting and construction of energy projects. We have longstanding relationships with experienced engineering firms and construction companies, and know the intricacies of managing complex projects.

Financing

American Renewables team members are veterans of project, corporate and construction finance. We have significant expertise in energy asset investment, management and value realization. We've successfully raised funds for the construction and operation of projects across the United States and have creatively structured financing in order to meet evolving requirements of investors. Our strong track record and longstanding relationships with a variety of financing sources give us an advantage in financing complex energy projects.

The three principal firms of American Renewables — Energy Management Inc., BayCorp Holdings and Tyr Energy — bring a wealth of energy project development, operations, investment and asset management expertise.
